EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide (Or programme guide for our British visitors), which is how the TV airing schedules are shown in cable, satellite and IPTV/OTT services.

For home users, you have to make sure that your IPTV/OTT app or device allows setting an external EPG source. We provide all the required tools to make it work. For OTT/IPTV providers you need to integrate our guides within your services so that your customers can enjoy a complete and accurate EPG.

If your software supports XML or XML.GZ guides, then yes, it’s 100% compatible. If you’re a developer and want to add our EPGs to your app, then you’ve come to the right place.

We’re sorry, but due to the nature of our service and the fact that you can download several days of EPG ahead, we can’t provide any refunds nor money-back guarantees.

No, we don’t supply streams. In order to be able to watch a channel, you must have access to that channel’s stream beforehand. We’ll just let you know what will be airing and when.

All our EPGs are available in UTC time (your software should adjust times based on your current time zone), but we also allow you to customize your EPG and add a time offset in case your software doesn’t handle time zones.

We’re sorry but due to some customers abusing our trial accounts we decided to stop providing trial or test accounts.

Our automated systems udpate EPGs at least once per day, however we’re constantly monitoring our sources for changes to ensure that our EPGs are as accurate as possible.

Currently we accept payments via PayPal (using PayPal balance and/or other funding sources like bank cards or bank accounts).

Sure, we provide discounts if you prepay for 6 or 12 months. We also have a discount matrix for customers signing up for several countries. If you think you qualify for a volume discount drop us a line.
